FEES RE LASTING POWERS OF ATTORNEY AND WILLS

WILLS: £110 plus VAT (£132) single – £160 plus VAT mirror (£192)

One Donor making one LPA (e.g. Property and Financial Affairs)

Our fees to prepare will be £135 plus VAT = £162

PLUS our fees to register LPA will be £75 plus VAT – £90

TOTAL to prepare and register £252.

PLUS registration fee payable to Office of the Public Guardian of £82

One Donor making two LPAs (i.e. both Property and Financial Affairs and Health and Welfare)

Our fees to prepare will be £210 plus VAT = £252

PLUS our fees to register will be £150 plus VAT = £180

TOTAL to prepare and register = £432

PLUS registration fees payable to Office of the Public Guardian of £164 (£82 per document)

Two Donors making one LPA each (e.g. Property and Financial Affairs)

Our fees to prepare will be £210 plus VAT – £252

PLUS our fees to register will be £150 plus VAT – £180

TOTAL to prepare and register = £432

PLUS registration fees as above.

Two Donors making two LPAs each (i.e. Property and Financial Affairs and Health and Welfare)

Our fees to prepare will be £410 plus VAT =£492

PLUS our fees to register will be £250 plus VAT = £300

TOTAL to prepare and register = £792

Plus registration fees as above.

NOTE:

If a Donor is on limited income or certain benefits then they may qualify for remission of part registration fee or total exemption.
