Rosalynde Green
Rosalynde is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives (FILEX) and is an experienced conveyancer, specialising in all types of residential property.
Treve Lander
Treve heads our litigation department. He is a member of the Law Society’s Advanced Family Panel and has over 30 years experience of family, children and criminal law. He is also on the local Duty Solicitor’s panel for court hearings and police station advice.
He regularly prosecutes in benefit fraud cases and represents the CSA.
In recent years, Treve has handled a number of high profile criminal and family cases.
Treve is also a part-time Law Lecturer and in his spare time he is a keen cyclist.
Claire Morris
Claire is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives (FILEX) and works in the firm’s litigation department. Claire is experienced in all family aspects including disputes in relation to divorce, finances, children and domestic violence.
Claire also undertakes criminal work. She is an Accredited Police Station Representative and deals with matters at the Crown Court.
